Patrick Alberty

Patrick is a recent graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, where he performed in a variety of shows, including roles as Cootie in Moonchildren and Duke Solinus in A Comedy of Errors.  Before moving to New York, Patrick performed in many venues, both in his native Missouri and elsewhere across the country.  Some of his favorite parts include Hugh in Brian Friel’s Translations, Pip in Great Expectations at Michigan’s Harvey Theatre, and the Stud in Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll at Missouri State University’s Studio Theatre.  Patrick would like to thank his family and friends for all of their love and support.

 

Claire Byrne

Claire is thrilled to revisit her Irish roots in her first Aisling Arts production.   Since graduating Lehigh University with a BA in Theatre, she has booked several national commercials, including WE’s Bridezillas Promo, Tvguide.com, and Samsung.  She also appeared as Mae Braddock in an ESPN documentary, The Cinderella Man: Story of James Braddock.  Claire continues her study with Bill Esper, and would like to thank family and friends for all of their support. 

 

Kate DiMarco

Kate is excited to be working with Aisling Arts again!  Favorite roles include Kate in She Stoops to Conquer, Chris in Dancing at Lughnasa, Jeanne Shaheen (the governor of New Hampshire ) in A Discouraging Word, and Telephone Girl in Machinal.  Ms DiMarco has graced the stages of The Ensemble Studio Theatre, The Cherry Lane Studio, 29th Street Rep., Theatre for a New City , HERE and the Manhattan Theatre Source, among others.  Ms DiMarco is a graduate of The National Theatre Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center and Baldwin-Wallace College and  enjoys world travel- she has studied theatre at the St. Petersburg Theatre Arts Academy in Russia, danced and drummed in Mali, West Africa, taught drama to schoolchildren in China and worked with preschoolers in Salvador, Brazil.  Love to her new husband Ken, please visit www.NYSeeKate.com

 

Moti Margolin 
Moti is pleased mightilly for to have the opportunity to take on  the role of Old Mahon in this most to  wondrous play.  Recent theater
credits include Shakespeare's Edward III (King John) and Sam Shepard's & Patti Smith's Cowboy Mouth (Slim).  Next is Laurence Fishburne's  
Riff Raff. Thanks be Bryn and Wendy, and the cast, and Mamatchka, and Ginatchka.
 
Clare McCarthy
After playing such eminent roles as “Storm” and “Tree” with the Traveling Treasure Trunk children’s theater troupe, as well as any number of mildly 
disturbed  characters in Improv sketches at the UCB theater or Juvie Hall, Clare is thrilled to finally be performing in a straight play, and as a
character as easily  enraged as Pegeen Mike. Much love and thanks to Margie, Frankie, Sa and the rest of the family, as well as to the 
Smith/Connolly  clan for their lifelong culture and language training.

 

Patrick O'Connor

Patrick was most recently on stage in The Eh? Theatre's production of The Cripple of Inishmaan. He recently shot a pilot for comedy central and two indy

short films The New World and One Way. He has done voiceovers and is proud to be part of Aisling Arts.

 

Angela Sommerfeld

Favorite New York theatre credits include Prudence in Beyond Therapy, Masha in The Three Sisters, and Polly in Aisling Arts' original adaptation of The Beggar's Opera. Film credits: Shishkebab Bob, Jack's Dilemma, In Love and Theme for Martha, among others. She has also appeared in several soaps and commercials. Her training includes a B.A. from UMD and a year in Wynn Handman's studio. Angela is thrilled to be in her 5th Aisling show (6 if you count Pinky) and wishes to thank Bryn, Wendy and the cast for an amazing show and Father Colm and the NY Irish Center for the support!

 

Drew Valins

Since moving to the city two years ago from Tampa,Florida, Drew Valins has appeared in several productions, including The Beard of Avon, Wonder of the World, Master Harold and the Boys, and Macbeth. He trained at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, and studies currently with Michael Howard. Thank you to Aisling Arts for giving me this great role in this great play!
